Returns & Exchanges – Curb Appeal

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Curb Appeal. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

🔁 Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Final sale items and promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.

📦 How to Start a Return

1. Email us at info@curbappeal.tv with:

   • Your order number

   • The item(s) you’d like to return

   • Reason for the return (optional but helpful)

2. Wait for approval. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with next steps and a return authorization.

3. Ship it back. Once approved, send your return to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

🔄 Exchanges

Want a different size or item? Let us know in your return email. If the item is in stock, we’ll hold it for you and ship it once your return is received and approved.

💳 Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of return approval.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

❗Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us within 72 hours of delivery. Include photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
